The House

PSA Properties, Inc. is the housing corporation for Phi Sigma fraternity, responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and improvement of our chapter house located at 80 S. Elm Street, Platteville, WI .

Our mission is to continually improve the house to provide a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for active members and returning alumni. Through the dedicated efforts of our alumni and the PSA Properties board, we strive to offer reasonably priced housing for generations of Phi Sigma brothers to come, ensuring that the bonds of brotherhood forged at UW-Platteville continue to thrive.

In May 2019, the house was purchased under the guidance of Eric Voss, Robert Zeches, Jeff Rank, and Jason Giesen. Thanks to the generosity of 58 alumni donors, the downpayment was covered and seed funds were established, ensuring the future of our chapter house for generations to come.
