Spring, 2018 - Formation of independent investment company, PSA Properties, Inc. to locate, finance and procure a new home for the active members of the Phi Sigma fraternity. Independent of the Philadelphian Society, due to perceived, but largely baseless, liability concerns of direct property ownership by the Alumni Association.
Spring, 2016 - Reincorporation of the long-defunct Phi Sigma fraternity alumni association reincorporated as was previously done in 1968, as the Philadelphian Society, Inc.
